October 27 StuffWorking, enrolled in college, going to the gym, maybe some other stuff... That's all that's been up with me. Holla April 20 To all who still read this...The verdict's in: Richard Orville Schultz was found guilty of murder in the first degree today. Looks like justice will be served in the slaying of my father. Took a long time, will be a year come next month... (did I have a title like this before?)Let's just go down the list: - Quit World of Warcraft pretty fast. - Completed Fable II's main storyline and the majority of sidequests. - Ended up getting Gears of War 2 and completing it anyway... - Stopped working on my PSO server software. - Still missing my dad. (I love you, man, and I'll never forget you... can't wait to see you again someday...) - Returned Sony FW laptop. - Cousin visited for a week and a half. - Ordered a new laptop (Asus G50VT-X2) - Got back into FlyFF thanks to my cousin. Made a new character and am currently a level 57 Acrobat going Bow Jester at level 60... - Thanksgiving came and went. - Looking at selling the Asus now because of a keyboard issue and it's actually bigger than I thought it'd be. (Looking at getting a Sony SR now... Well, most of my time lately had been spent developing PSO server software... you can see my website plus check out the software @ http://www.pioneer2.net/ Besides all that, I haven't been up to very much... You know, the usual, work, the occasional game and so on. Today Fable II for the XBox 360 comes out, so I'm going to try to cop that on the way home from work... (Castlevania: Order of the Ecclesia also comes out for the Nintendo DS today, but that's about to get downloaded with the quickness...) I've also ordered a new laptop which I'm waiting to arrive... It's a Sony Vaio FW2 machine with an HD3650. You can see a similar configuration of the system I bought @ NewEgg Though mine has as smaller HD and came to about $1187 total. DarkFact convinced me to come back and play WoW again so I've been messing with that as well. My boy, Frost, has been leveling up with me and when we get up to 70 (in preparation for the expansion) we'll transfer to DarkFact's server and get shit crackin' even harder. OH YEAH, my sister had her son on the 4th of March... same day as my dad's birthday so there are two people in the family with the same birthday. How badass is that?
If I think of anything else, I'll write it here. February 26 So, this Thursday...... we move into our new place. Though, today, I'm going to shop for a new King size bed... Tomorrow, I shop for a dining room table. (Don't know what day Ikea delivers the sofa bed we ordered...)
This month has been very stressful with the loss of my girlfriend's father and her wishing to, but being unable to, be able to go to China to help her family deal with it... I'm glad we made it through and are moving on with our lives.
She's in the process of executing a plan to get her mother and brother to come out here and visit for a week or two with us instead...
Anyhow, anybody wanna buy my Dreamcast? Better hurry, only 17 hours left on the auction!!

Topic switch!! List of stuff to still acquire... at some point in the near future:
1. A new laptop (Sold my old bulky one and wanna get something thin & light, not really a gaming unit, and hopefully under $800...)
2. A video scaler (This is basically only for my Playstation 2, haha, and maybe SDTV... I desperately want to buy a VP20 + ABT102D add-on card, but it's about $995 total... I'm trying to hold out for Gefen's TV Scaler Pro which uses the Realta chip coming out this March with $699 MSRP, though...)
3. A Blu-Ray drive for my HTPC. (I see a decent Pioneer one for $199... could always torrent PDVD Ultra + AnyDVD HD ;) to be able to play the movies... heh, heh.)
Now that I've made my desktop PC almost completely silent by replacing some of the fans with low RPM ones as well as replacing my 7950 GT with a heatpipe HD 3650, the Blu-Ray drive is only the next step in a "casual" gaming but serious HTPC setup for my liking. :)
Laptop can wait, I guess, since I can use my girlfriend's MacBook at the apartment when I want to be mobile... I will just use my desktop PC connected to my HDTV through HDMI otherwise...
So, I'm sure the order I will acquire things will go: Blu-Ray, next month, Scaler, also probably next month, maybe laptop in April or May... (Birthday gift to myself? ? ?) February 15 My babies...!! GONESo I sold my Wii, Gamecube, and DS Lite on Craigslist.
All accessories and games went with them, with the exception of Tales of Symphonia for the GC.
I've got my Super Nintendo, Super Wildcard DX2, Sega Saturn, and some rare fighting games up on eBay now.
Oh yeah, my laptop too.
I didn't really play any of the stuff I sold and it was just sitting around, taking up space.
My laptop is up because it's too heavy and powerful... I don't even play PC games anymore that much.
I'll just stick with my desktop computer and maybe buy a thin and light laptop.

I had a lot of people I only talked to once or a few times that I never talked to again... Also had some friends I lost contact with on there...
They really don't need to be taking up precious room on my buddy lists... so, yeah, DELETED AND BLOCKED. (Although some were just deleted..)
I figure if they want to talk to me, they'll either e-mail or SMS me anyhow...
A good number of people I deleted from my buddy lists were people from FF... and now there's only two from there still on my list. NONO and my current GF.
NONO is an excellent friend who really cares about me and my GF, well, that's self-explainitory.
I apologize to anyone who's still on my list who feels we don't talk that much... Rest assured I consider you one of my better friends or at least someone worth keeping around for an occasional chat or two. =P I just really haven't felt like chatting that much lately.
No, it's not 'cuz of my GF either. I just... don't feel like sitting down in front of a computer and IMing for long periods of time. I'd rather sleep... or get bored playing something and then sleep. Just feel lazy as hell sometimes...
I wish a lot of my friends online lived closer to me, so we could hang out and do things together.
The Internets just aren't as fun as they used to be...
Although I do like my alone time, when I'm alone, I often wish I had somebody who's into the same stuff as me to hang out with every now and then.
My GF is so different than me. A nice girl, but so very different. It might not be a bad thing, though...
Anyway, oh yeah, update on my vacation stuff. I'll be off of work between the 20th and the 26th, going back to work on the 27th. So 7 days off, woolooloo...
Also bought an iSCAN HD+ video scaler to clean up the signal coming from the PS2 to my HDTV. Signal is much improved, but putting the item back on eBay to get a VP20 with an ABT102 card for an even more superior picture. :)
That's about all for my updates... November 30 Almost in an instant..So, yeah, my mom almost bled to death and was admitted to the ICU at the hospital on Tuesday afternoon.
She was back at home yesterday evening and she's much better now. November 27 Dilemma..Let's see, do I take the 21st and the 26th off next month for a 6 day holiday... OR do I take the 26th through the 28th off for a 9 day holiday? (Lasts from the 22nd until the 30th, with me going back to work on the 31st... Although I'd have New Year's day off still, LOL!!)

I'd only be using 3 of my vacation days with the last option, 2 of my vacation days with the first. (Because we by default have weekends off as well as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day..) November 21 Hmmm..Not much to write.
Well, it's not that, I've got a lot on my mind but I don't feel like writing about it... at least not right now.
Anyhow, I'm constantly checking the UPS online tracker for my AOTI shipment which should arrive today. (Currently says "Out for Delivery"...)
My cousin is getting his hair braided in the other room by my sister....

And, yeah... stuff... November 16 AOTI on TuesdayGoing to pick up my little cousin tomorrow morning. He'll be spending a week with me...

Side note: Eva and I are still together... we went and did the miniature golf thing on Wednesday, had some food, spent some alone time together, and so on and so forth...
It wasn't that awkward but I told her afterward that if she doubted me, suspects me, or confronts me about stuff that I didn't even do in the future... I'll be very unhappy, to say the least...
Not trying to already jynx it, but I don't know how long it will last. She appears to already love me a hell of a lot... I'm afraid of hurting her over something small.
I'd really like someone more easy going and I don't really want to waste time with another relationship if it's not going to be... well... the one. Going to stick it out for now and hope for the best, though...
